Purchases
Accepting the quote, you agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions of Apple Shapple. The acceptance can be verbal, by email, by payment of initiation, or by signing a quote.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if suspected fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
The client’s assurance that all requirements are included in the proposal estimate and that we fully comprehend their requirements. The client must provide clear guidelines and any necessary flow or details. When such information is lacking, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirement and quote accordingly. If the discrepancy arises later, it may necessitate additional expenses to accommodate the changes. You must specify every aspect of your needs and verify that you have been quoted for the correct need.
As the client will give a security deposit full amount check on the initial agreement. 50% of the total amount will be transferred to the company, followed by 30% when half work is complete, followed by the remaining 20%.
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.
Content
Content found on or through this Service are the property of Apple Shapple or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Intellectual Property
Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by the client), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apple Shapple and its licensors. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, which governing law applies to the agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding Service.

We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
