Mission Statement Tropical Jerk was created in 2004 by Norman Frater. Eventually he and his wife developed a family business, that now has six locations across Long Island and Queens. Our mission is to deliver the best jerk chicken around town. We blend authentic spices, fresh onions, scallions, and pepper to create our homemade jerk seasoning from scratch. Our meals are made fresh everyday. We strive to make you feel like you are home when you come to Tropical Jerk!
